9 Months Old

Ella turned 9 Months on Monday. She is doing excellent! We have one happy baby over here. She sits and talks to us she mostly says dada ;). She isn't crawling yet but she is reaching for everything in front of her. She still loves her jumperoo and just sitting on the floor and playing with her toys. She is even starting to hold her bottle!

We had her 9 month check up today! She is doing excellent. We can move up to the next level of food and even start feeding her people food. Around 11 months we can start giving her whole milk. I can't believe we are talking about taking her off of formula.

Weight: 18lbs 2.5oz
Height: 27.5 inches
She is in the 50th for height and 40th for weight.

She is our little peanut!

I'm really excited for summer! I can't wait to take her to the park and for walks and even to the zoo and my parents pool.

We are still taking swimming lessons, they are so much fun! Ella loves the water!

Happy Valentine's Day & We have an 8 Month Old!!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE! Tony, Ella and I went out to dinner lastnight for Valentine's day! It was a lot of fun, Ella did an excellent job! Tonight she will get her present!

Along with it being Valentine's Day, Ella turned 8 months today! I can't believe it has been another month! I know I say this all the time, but time is flying by. Pretty soon I'm going to have to start thinking about her first birthday!

New things about Ella since last month- she is getting so much strong, she sits all by herself with rarely falling over. We still put a pillow behind her because she does fall backwards once and a while. We think that she is teething, but nothing has popped through yet. She is drowling all the time and chewing on everything especially her hands. I'm just waiting for the tooth to pop through. She has also taught herself to spit. I'm not sure where she got that from, but she is doing that all the time now, hopefully that will stop soon. She is such a big girl, I can't believe how much she changes all the time.

Superbowl Champs!

We are very excited over here that the Packers won the Superbowl. This is Ella's first Superbowl, and how awesome is it that the Packers were in it and won it! Here are a few pictures from our Superbowl night! GO PACK GO!!

Snowed In!!!

I hope everyone was able to digout from the Blizzard! We had a snow day yesterday, so we got to stay home with our little peanut! That was fun! I don't think the plow company came till like 4pm to plow our driveway area! Below are some pictures of the snow! The ones of Ella on her sled are from a couple weeks! We did NOT leave the house yesterday :).

7 Months...So Big

I can't believe it's been 7 months. Ella is changing so much everyday. She can pretty much sit up on her own now, with a few pillows behind her. She is great at rolling from her tummy to her back with no help. She reaches for everything and wants to always play with her toys. She smiles and laughs and now she says dada....I keep practicing mama with her.

We started swimming lessons a few weeks ago. We go every Saturday morning. Ella loves it. She even is swimming with her BFF Maddy! We are having a great time with it. I look forward to seeing her develop with her swimming skills as she gets older.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

We hope everyone had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year! We had a busy Christmas, it went really fast! Ella enjoyed all the wrapping paper :). I think she got a bit overwhelmed with all of the places we had to go too, but she did great.

We didn't do much for New Year's Eve, we just stayed home and watched a movie. 2010 was absolutely the best year of our lives. We were blessed with our pride and joy Ella. We couldn't be happier!
