Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We did over here. We were excited to celebrate Ella's first Thanksgiving! We are so thankful to have her in our lives and can't wait to celebrate more firsts with her. This week also brings back memories to a year ago when we got news that there might be something genetically wrong with her. Now looking back on that we are so thankful for the miracle that she is. Even if something would've been wrong with her we would love her just as much. Every time I look at her and she does something to make me laugh it makes me think how blessed we are to have her. There is no way of explaining how much a child can bring joy and love to your life until you have your own. Everyday I'm thankful to her in our lives. Here are some pictures from Thanksgiving!
Also Ella rolled over on November 22nd, but mommy and daddy saw her roll over on November 23rd :). She is still getting the hang of it, but she is doing great!

Happy Family!

5 Months Old

Hi Everyone!

Ella turned 5 months old on Sunday. She is getting so big! We are enjoying every moment with her. She is currently eating fruits and after we get through all the fruits we can then start giving her both fruits and veggies in one day. She loves bananas! She is opening her mouth and swallowing her food. It was messy in the beginning but she is really understanding now. We got her highchair this week, which is much easier then sitting on the floor and feeding her.
Ella is talking and laughing so much! She loves to hear her voice. She screams, yells and smiles all the time! We love making her laugh and playing with her. She enjoys laying on her activity mat, she hits and grabs her toys that hang from it. She also still loves the exersaucer. She has yet to roll over yet but she pulls her feet above her head. She is very strong and holds her head very well. I think she will sit up before she rolls over. She still is a great sleeper, which makes mommy and daddy so happy!

Tony and I are very excited to celebrate the upcoming holidays with her. I think she is going to love the Christmas tree when we put it up. It's hard to believe that we are already approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas! I can remember last year when we were telling people we were having a baby and now we have her here with us! Time does fly!

We hope everyone is doing good! Enjoy your Thanksgiving!
